Established in 1997 by Esra Tuncay (M.S.U. Architecture Undergraduate / Restoration M.Sc.), Esra Tuncay Architecture has produced projects in the field of restoration and renovation.

Having worked for numerous years in the industry which took place among the design teams in the private sector, interior design and application has been providing services since 2004, under the umbrella of Ozan Architecture and Engineering and Say Architecture Engineering, and it has been continuing to operate in the sector as Say Project Application since 2017.

We understand that In order to succeed, It is essential to possess excellent communication and teamworking skills during the implementation of each project. Therefore we only work with a qualified and highly experienced team of hand-picked architectural designers to guaranty the highest level of practice for our clients.

In doing so, when working as part of an art collective with designers and practitioners from various form of art branches, it is imperative that transferring the personal emotion of the user to the place is essential whilst an overall production and delivery is targeted consequently leading to achieveing a personal, functional, current and accurate price balance.

We understand our team is our our most valuable asset and therefore the same infrastructure and fine structure application teams have been succesfully working together on this basis ever since 2014.
